1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from payment confirmation. During this period, our team verifies product availability, prepares the package, and hands it over to the courier.

2. Delivery Estimates by Region

Europe

  • United Kingdom and France: Premium 3-5 business days, Standard 6-10 business days
  • Germany, Italy, Spain: Premium 5-8 business days, Standard 6-10 business days
  • Netherlands, Austria, Poland: Premium 3-8 business days, Standard 6-10 business days
  • Other European countries (Belgium, Sweden, Ireland, Greece, Romania): Standard 6-10 business days

Middle East

  • United Arab Emirates: 6-10 business days
  • Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain: 8-12 business days
  • Jordan: 10-14 business days

Asia

  • Singapore: 6-7 business days
  • Malaysia, Vietnam: 8-10 business days
  • Thailand, Philippines: 5-6 business days
  • Pakistan: over 11 business days

Africa

  • South Africa: 8-12 business days
  • Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Kenya: 13-16 business days
  • Tanzania, Angola: 11-13 business days
  • Egypt, Rwanda: 9-16 business days

South America

  • Brazil: 15-25 business days + customs delays 7-10 business days
  • Peru: 15-23 business days

Oceania

  • Australia: Premium 4-7 business days, Standard up to 10 business days (remote areas may experience delays)
  • New Zealand: Standard 6-10 business days

Note: Timeframes include the period from package handover to courier.

3. Shipping Methods

4. Return Cost Returns are generally free. If the return is not due to our fault (e.g., size doesn't fit, you changed your mind), a fee of 35 lei applies.

5. Package Tracking After shipping, you will receive:

  • AWB tracking number
  • Real-time monitoring link
  • Courier contact details

6. Geographic Limitations We deliver to Romania and European Union countries. For destinations outside the EU, contact us at support@amvisionro.com or on Instagram.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Check order status through the tracking link
  • Contact the courier using the AWB number
  • If the problem persists, write to us at support@amvisionro.com with your order ID

8. Returned Packages If delivery fails due to reasons beyond our control (incorrect address, delivery refusal), we will contact you for rearrangement. Additional costs will be borne by the customer.

9. Address Updates For changes after shipping, contact us immediately at support@amvisionro.com. Success of the modification depends on the package status with the courier.

10. Return Policy Defective or incorrectly delivered products can be returned according to our Return Policy. If more than 14 business days have passed since the item was returned and you haven't received your refund, contact us as soon as possible.
