Payments

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Please note that available payment methods may vary depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

We currently do not offer the cash on delivery payment option for online orders.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Return fee
Returns are generally free of charge. However, if the return is not due to our fault (e.g. wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference), a fee of 7 eur will be charged.

Once we receive the returned item, the refund is processed immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5–7 business days to process the refund before it appears in your bank account. If more than 14 days have passed since the item was returned and you have not received your funds, please contact us as soon as possible.

The best way to modify the order is to contact our support team or call us during business hours. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make changes, and you will need to place a new order.

Shipping

Orders are processed in the order they are received, unless you have selected express delivery. You can track the status of your order on the tracking page, and you can also sign up for alerts on the courier’s website.

Tracking through the courier will provide you with updated information about your package. If it remains stuck or does not reach its destination, please contact our support team and we will assist you with the next steps.

The chances of receiving a defective product are very small, but it is possible. Please take clear photos of the product showing the defect and contact our support team to verify whether it is eligible for replacement.
